  • Wrestlers Succeed at Napavine Tiger Classic The Napavine Tiger's Wrestling Team had a great run at the Napavine Tiger Classic Wrestling Tournament this past weekend (January 12th).  The boys placed 5th out of 13 teams and the girls placed 14th out of 20 teams.  Top finishers were Grant Bennett with a 1st place finishing going 4-0 with 4 pins and Sydney Burdick placed 3rd going 3-1 on the day.Great Job Wrestlers!

  • January is School Board Appreciation Month Nationwide and throughout Washington state, school districts are currently celebrating School Board Recognition Month.   • Napavine School District Awarded Solar Grant Through TransAlta The Napavine School District was awarded a grant in the amount of $107,291 toward the installment of a solar energy project placed on the Middle School Gym roof.  The original grant amount is contingent upon the school district applying and being awarded a matching amount from the Department of Commerce.  If we were able to obtain the additional grant from the Department of Commerce we would be able to install a 40kW solar array.  Our intent is to connect the solar array into a student engagement solar dashboard and provide students with a hands-on educational tool.  Students can then utilize both solar array systems to understand the energy technology, how the process works and the engineering behind the ...
